Consultation: We start by getting to know each other. You can choose a FaceTime/video call, voice note conversation, or fill out a questionnaire — whatever suits you best.
Personalized Workout Plan: Based on your consultation, I’ll create a program tailored to your goals, fitness level, equipment access, and preferences.
Pre-Recorded Workout Videos: You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow exercise demos to guide you through your sessions.
Progressive Unlocks: As you progress, new videos and challenges will be introduced — so you always feel like you’re achieving and moving forward.
Nutritional Advice: While I’m not yet a certified nutritionist, I offer helpful, realistic guidance to support your health and results.
Constant Support: Expect daily motivation and communication via WhatsApp or DMs, plus multiple check-ins each week to stay on track.
